Step 1Request for the RPT Ownership Record Card at the City Treasurer’s Office. 

Step 2 Present the RPT Ownership Record Card to the City Assessor’s Office for the issuance of RPTOP.

Step 3 Pay the real property tax to the City Treasurer’s Office.

Step 2 – Pay the required fee to the City Treasurer’s Office (Ordinance No.2014-3404)

Step 3 – Present the Official Receipt of payment

Step 1Make a request for the assessment of building.

Step 2 - Accompany the appraiser to the site for ocular inspection/owner or

appraiser schedules the ocular inspection.

Step 3 –Sign logbook as proof of receipt of

> Owner’s copy of Tax Declaration

> Notice of Assessment

 

Requirements:

> Building or Occupancy Permit/Affidavit of Ownership

> Conformity of land owner

> Letter request

> Residence Certificate

> Subdivision/Consolidation Agreement

> Approved Plan

> Real Property Tax Clearance for the current year
