Client’s Steps
Step 1 – Make a request for the assessment of building.
Step 2 - Accompany the appraiser to the site for ocular inspection/owner or
appraiser schedules the ocular inspection.
Step 3 –Sign logbook as proof of receipt of
> Owner’s copy of Tax Declaration
> Notice of Assessment
Requirements:
> Building or Occupancy Permit/Affidavit of Ownership
> Conformity of land owner
> Letter request
> Residence Certificate
