SERVICE STANDARDS

 

·        Serve clients courteously and maintain friendly atmosphere all the time.

·        Wear proper attire and identification always.

·        Respond to suggestions and complaints ASAP.

·        Attend and serve clients as needed.

·        Extend service promptly on priority needs.

·        Observe/ensure “QUALITY NOT QUANTITY” time; be selfless not self-centered and always give importance to the clients MOST IN NEED.

·        No noon break.
